If you have not received an e-mail order confirmation, this could be due to the following reasons:
• You have possibly entered an incorrect e-mail address.
• Please check your spam folder. It could be that the order confirmation has been delivered to this folder.
• The order process was not completed correctly.
If you can't find a confirmation after 60 minutes, please contact us here and with the subject "Order Confirmation" so that we can help you as soon as possible.
Normally you will receive your order within 1 to 3 working days in the Netherlands and 5 to 7 working days for International shipping. Please take into account that in times of high order and delivery volume, delays may occur with our logistics and shipping service provider.
If the shipment status of your order has not changed after 10 days, please contact us here and with the subject "Package not Received". We can then take further steps.
As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation, we can still cancel your order. Please contact us here with the subject "Order Cancellation" and include your order number. We will then cancel your order and refund your money.
If your order has already been shipped, you can make use of your right of withdrawal upon receiving.
As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation, we can still change your delivery address. Please contact us here with the subject “Address Change", include your order number and let us know your new address.
Please take into account that after your order has left our warehouse, we cannot change your delivery and billing address.
Unfortunately an order change is not possible.
We can only cancel your order and refund your money as long as you have not received a shipping confirmation. Please contact us here with the subject "Order Cancellation". You can then place a new order.
After receiving your order you have 14 days to return your order to us. Please fill out the return order form here with your order number and the e-mail address you used when ordering.
